How it works

Everything Your
Camper Needs.

No hidden extras. No equipment to buy. Just show up and make a movie.

🎥

Professional Equipment

DSLR cameras, microphones, boom poles, lighting rigs — real gear, not toys.

✂️

Editing Software

Campers learn industry-standard editing tools — the same ones used in Hollywood.

🎞️

A Finished Film

Every camper goes home with a real, edited short film they wrote and directed.

🎬

Film Premiere

We screen all the films on the last day. Families attend. Campers walk the (metaphorical) red carpet.

.🎤

Guest Speakers

Working film professionals drop in to share their stories and answer camper questions.

🛡️

Safe, Supervised

All instructors are background-checked. Max 8 campers per instructor, always.

A Typical Day

What Happens
Each Day

Every day is different, but here's how a typical Film Camp day flows.

9:00

Morning Warmup & Improv Games

Loosen up with acting exercises and creative games that get everyone's brain in film mode.

9:30

Screenplay Workshop

Teams write and refine their script. Every camper contributes ideas, dialogue, and story beats.

11:00

Production & Shooting

Cameras roll. Campers rotate roles — director, DP, actor, sound, clapper. Everyone gets a turn.

12:30

Lunch Break

Pack a lunch! Supervised free time — campers often keep talking about their films through lunch.

1:00

Post-Production & Editing

Teams log footage, cut scenes, add music and titles. Real editing, real decisions.

3:30

Daily Screening & Wrap

Watch the day's footage together. Notes, laughs, and a preview of tomorrow's plan.

4:00

Pick-Up (or Late Care)

Standard pick-up at 4pm. Late pick-up add-on available until 6pm.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"My son was excited but had zero experience. By week's end he was fully invested — directing scenes, calling for quiet on set. The instructors were incredible."

"Both my kids came home every day bursting with stories about what they filmed. First time acting and being behind a camera — they're asking to go back next summer."

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

"My shy daughter came home absolutely beaming. She played the lead role AND directed two scenes. The boost to her confidence was worth every penny."
